Yichien Yeh, CPA, is a distinguished accounting and business advisory professional with more than twenty-five years of international experience spanning public accounting, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, taxation, nonprofit and public company audits, and cross-border corporate transactions. Widely respected for his strategic insight and technical expertise, Mr. Yeh has advised publicly traded companies, nonprofit organizations, multinational enterprises, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals throughout the United States and Asia.

Since September 2021, Mr. Yeh has served as Co-Founder of his New York-based CPA practice, where he leads the firm’s nonprofit audit and tax advisory services. As engagement partner, he oversees audits of nonprofit organizations and conducts peer reviews of audit and review practices to ensure compliance with the highest professional standards. He also provides sophisticated tax planning and compliance services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, including the preparation of Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120, as well as Foreign Bank Account Reports (FBAR) for clients with overseas financial holdings. In addition, Mr. Yeh is particularly sought after by new immigrants and international entrepreneurs for his guidance on U.S. tax matters, business formation, and corporate structuring.

From 2009 through 2021, Mr. Yeh served as Co-Founder and SEC Practice Leader of a New York accounting firm, where he was instrumental in shaping the firm’s vision, growth, and reputation in the marketplace. In that capacity, he directed audits of publicly traded companies and advised clients on a broad range of SEC and regulatory matters, including registration statements under the Securities Act of 1933, periodic reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchases, and private placement transactions. His leadership and technical knowledge earned him the trust of both domestic and international clients navigating complex financial and regulatory environments.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Yeh served as Audit Manager at Kempisty & Company, CPAs, P.C., where he managed SEC reporting and compliance engagements involving Forms 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, 8-K, and 20-F. He supervised engagement teams, reviewed audit workpapers, prepared pro forma financial statements in connection with business combinations, and assisted clients in responding effectively to SEC comment letters. Notably, he was responsible for more than fifteen U.S.-listed public company engagements, over half of which maintained substantial business operations in the People’s Republic of China.

Mr. Yeh’s distinguished professional background also includes senior positions with Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP, Newegg.com, Tyco International, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Taiwan and Beijing. Throughout these roles, he developed extensive expertise in internal controls, IPO readiness, financial reporting, tax planning, cost accounting, and international business expansion. During his tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers Beijing, he participated in the landmark U.S. listing project for China National Petroleum Corporation, further enhancing his reputation as a trusted advisor in cross-border financial matters.

Mr. Yeh earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University School of Management and completed his undergraduate studies at National Taiwan University.
